Because the core of our service is monthly bookkeeping support, we are in regular contact with our clients team and, in many cases, they feel like our colleagues. Each member of our team works with their own group of clients so relationships develop based on almost weekly contact. We feel this level of familiarity is key to providing an excellent, deep service and ensuring that our clients staff are comfortable asking us the “silly” questions that often turn out to be quite important.
